Beautiful January Day

We spent the day with Ryan, Karli and Roxi at their house by the lake. It was a beautiful day...we were able to sit outside, grill, and watch the guys throw the frisbee and football.

Isaac and Roxi...playing with the nine puppies in the neighbors yard. They were so sweet and starving for attention!
Roxi asking mommy & daddy if she can take at least one home!
Liam...relaxing, getting a little sun!

The Circus

Like always, my sister is kind enough to think of us when there is a "kid thing" going on at the BOK Center. Actually this last time I had to ask her about the circus, which I normally would not do, but it was a good thing since she forgot she had tickets for them sitting in her desk (no one would have gotten to enjoy them if I hadn't called)! It was Isaac's first time to the circus and he loved it! Especially when the ladies were shot out of the cannon and anything with fire and loud booms! We loved watching his reaction to everything! My dad came with us and he seemed to have a great time as well, especially when it came time to buy Isaac a couple of toys!

Bubbles and Popsicles

Chad & Isaac went outside while I was cooking dinner. I thought Isaac looked so cute chasing bubbles, so I had to go outside and take some pictures.

He always lays down like that every where we go for some reason!

Hmmm, I wonder if he's going to the bathroom?

I just love this face, I wish I got his whole head in the picture. I made cherry popsicles this week and they were so tasty! Isaac is now asking for popsicles about a hundred times a day so I try buy the kind made with real fruit or make my own.

I promise, they were good!

Month of May

Grandpa Dany (my dad) got Isaac a bean bag, it stays at their house but Isaac loves it! I think we may have to get him one for our house...my only hesitation is that he may ask to watch a "choo-choo" (that's Isaac's name for all shows) more often than he does now, which is already too much!

Chad's Grandma came for a visit from New York. She stayed for about a month. It was very nice to have her around for awhile and get to know her a little more!

This picture of Isaac is at the Jenks River Walk. The last time our Dinner 6 Group met, we had pizza at Hideaway and then went to the river for some ice cream. Afterwards the kids played and we went home. It was a very fun time!

This is my friend Sheila. She came down for a few days to stay with us. The kids enjoyed her. They called her "Auntie Shi-Shi".

Isaac is totally enjoying himself!

Isaac and Daddy

I asked Chad if he would put Isaac to sleep tonight so that I can clean the kitchen and catch up on some things (including my blog). It's never a quick process to put Isaac to sleep, usually Chad reads 7 to 10 books then I come in and rock him and sing him to sleep. Last night I went in there and woke Isaac up right as he was falling asleep so tonight I thought I'd stay out of the room. Well, Chad was in there for well over an hour so I thought I'd quietly check on them and this is how I found them. Sound asleep on the floor listening to his cd...how precious!

I thank God for my husband and my Isaac!

Just for fun...

Tyler & Chloe playing with some camouflage stuff that Grandma Dany had.

It was a very random outfit, but very cute!

Where's Tyler?

When Isaac was a baby, he saw Tyler & Chloe playing with that same "camo" thing...

...and decided he wanted to play with it when he got old enough!

Where's Isaac?

Isaac and the Vacuum

I wanted to make sure Isaac was not afraid of the vacuum cleaner, so while he was just a few months old, I would vacuum with him in the room and sometimes hold him. As he got older and was able to walk, he would follow me around while I vacuumed. Then one day he kept getting infront of me and holding up his arms like he wanted to get on it, so I put him on! This video is Isaac's 1st ride on the vacuum.
